PASIGHAT, May 30: The Sainik School, Niglok authorities here under East Siang district have completed the admission of fresh candidates for the session 2020-21 through online process to avoid any kind of delay for the new academic year in view of the ongoing lockdown due to covid-19 pandemic.
The school’s principal Major Rajesh Singh said that the decision was taken keeping in mind the career interest of the students and comfort of the parents.
‘The school administration had always kept in mind the welfare of the boys who have already taken TCs and whose parents were ready to get them admitted in Sainik School,’ he said and informed that the school also liaised with bank authorities as part of the online admission process to ensure that parents from far flung places within and outside the state can avail the opportunity.
