MLA Laisam Simai on Wednesday flagged off an ambulance fitted with modern medical equipment and dedicated it to the service of the people of Jairampur in Changlang district in the presence of Jairampur ADC Ibom Tao, ZPM Janni Longri, local leaders and medical officers of the health department.
