ITANAGAR, 2 Mar: The power department will start collecting outstanding postpaid electricity bills from the consumers within the jurisdiction of Capital Electrical Division (CED) from 10 March onwards.
The department has requested all the consumers to pay their outstanding electricity bills on or before 10 March to avoid disconnection (of power supply).
