ITANAGAR, 19 Apr: Dharmendra, an IAS officer of the 1989 batch, has been appointed as the chief secretary of Arunachal Pradesh. He replaces Naresh Kumar, who has been transferred to Delhi as chief secretary.
Rajeev Verma, who was the home commissioner of Arunachal, has been posted as chief secretary of Puducherry.
