APCDPOWA, others mourn CDPO Tao Paneer’s demise

ITANAGAR, 29 Apr: The Arunachal Pradesh Child Development Project Officers’ Welfare Association (APCDPOWA) has expressed deep grief and shock over the sudden and untimely demise of Ziro-II ICDS CDPO Tao Paneer, who breathed his last at around 2 am on 29 April on the way to Guwahati (Assam), where he had been referred for treatment.

Members of the association, led by Itanagar CDPO Jaya Taba, offered floral tributes to late Paneer at his residence here, before taking the mortal remains of the deceased to Yachuli for the final rites.

The officers of the department held at condolence meeting at the WCD directorate here on Friday and observed two minutes’ silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.

Born on 1 January, 1972 to late Tao Topu and late Tao Yape in Chod village, Paneer had joined government service as statistical assistant in 1994. He was promoted as CDPO in July 2009.

The APCDPOWA recalled him as a sincere and dedicated officer who served the department for more than 27 years.

Paneer is survived by his wife, two daughters, and two sons.

The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) and the Yachuli Constituency Employees Forum (YCEF) have also deeply mourned the untimely demise of Paneer.

“He was a very sincere and hardworking officer who served in different parts of Arunachal Pradesh in various capacities for 27 years,” the CoSAAP stated in a message, and conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

“His sudden demise is an irreparable loss to the family, women & child development department and the state in general. It will not be easy to fill up the vacuum created by the demise of late Tao Paneer,” the YCEF said, and prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul.
