MoS visits AUS in Namsai

NAMSAI, 24 May: Union Minister of State for Culture & Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal visited the Arunachal University of Studies (AUS) here on Tuesday to review the implementation of the programmes and policies of the union culture ministry in Arunachal, and to assess the aspirational district programme.

In his speech, the minister said, “An educational institution should always focus on developing four qualities in the students, which are ethics, character, ability, and capability,” and added that the AUS “is already doing an excellent job with its quality education and the ongoing Deen Dayal Upadhyay Grameen Kaushal Yojana skill development programme, which aims at imparting able citizens to the country.”

AUS vice chancellor Prof B Mohan Kumar, registrar Divyanshu Goel and PR director HN Dubey, along with

other deans and directors were also present at the programme.
