KHONSA, 24 May: Director of Panchayati Raj Tamuna Meso on Wednesday inspected various ongoing projects of Tirap district under Panchayati Raj department which are Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyaan (RGSA), 15th Finance Commissions Grants etc.
While interacting with the PRI members, officers and officials including DPDO, member secretaries, PTAs, CAs, CCAAs of Panchayat department, the director urged them to implement all the ongoing projects with utmost sincerity as per government laid down guidelines to avoid public complaints.
The director further appreciated PRIs of Tirap for taking up the projects and suggested all PRIs to complete the works within stipulated time.
Later during a meeting held at the DC’s conference hall here, Tirap DC Taro Mize urged all the BDOs to monitor the ongoing projects under the Panchayat department to ensure its proper implementation.
Tirap ZPC Chathong Lowang, DPDO Hakresha Kri, nodal officer (PR) Makba Nasi and ZPMs from different blocks attended the meeting. (DIPRO)
