ITANAGAR, 1 Aug: The officers and staff of the health services directorate have deeply mourned the demise of contingency staffer Maying Mossang, who passed away at the TRIHMS in Naharlagun last Saturday morning.
Late Mossang is survived by two daughters.
The officers and staff observed a two-minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
