ITANAGAR, 19 Sep: The Paralympic Association of Arunachal (PAA) has congratulated para shuttler Biri Takar on winning a silver medal in the BWF International Para Badminton Championship-2022 in Uganda.
The PAA expressed hope that his feat in the just concluded championship would inspire many more para athletes of the state in the days to come.
