ITANAGAR, 1 Mar: Legal metrology & consumer affairs (LMCA) deputy controller (west zone) Debashish Ghosh superannuated on Wednesday, after over 38 years of service.
Ghosh had joined the department as an LMCA inspector on 1 March, 1988. Prior to his appointment as LMCA inspector, he had served as an LDC in the land records department for eight months, and as an LDC in the civil secretariat for three years.
As LMCA and ACLM inspector, Ghosh had served in several districts.
He had been promoted as deputy controller LMCA (west zone) on 20 July, 2022.
