ITANAGAR, 26 Apr: The vehicular movement between Banderdewa and Nirjuli has been restricted and is now diverted to Harmuti-Gumto-Doimukh road with effect from 26 April till 5th of May. The diversion is done for the earth cutting of the four lane road between Banderdewa and Karsingsa.
