Let UDC results be declared

Editor,

Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to make a humble and respectful appeal to the petitioner, advocate Habung Aape, regarding the ongoing petition that has delayed the declaration of the APSSB UDC results.

As a sincere aspirant of the APSSB CGL 2025 examination, I am deeply concerned about this delay. Many of us have prepared with dedication and waited patiently for this opportunity. Unfortunately, this situation brings back memories of the APSSB CGL 2022 results, which were delayed for over two years due to a similar legal case. That results were finally declared only after the petition was withdrawn – by then, many genuine candidates had already suffered mentally, emotionally, and professionally.

While I fully respect the petitioner’s right to approach the court and raise valid concerns, I humbly request him to also consider the distress faced by hundreds of aspirants whose futures remain uncertain because of this delay.

I would also like to clarify a common misunderstanding regarding district-wise reservation. In APSSB CGL 2025, district-wise reservation applies only to UDC posts in DC offices, and only for APST candidates from the respective districts. Even within the DC offices, some UDC posts are unreserved and open to all. Moreover, UDC posts in other departments are open to all APST candidates across Arunachal Pradesh, with no district-based restriction.

In light of this, I respectfully request the petitioner to kindly consider withdrawing the case, in the greater interest of all aspirants who are eagerly awaiting their results and future.

This appeal is made with the utmost respect and sincerity, in hope of fairness, timely justice, and a better future for the hardworking youths of our state.

This appeal is made purely in public interest, with full respect to the petitioner’s legal rights and the authority of the court.

A concerned APSSB CGL 2025 aspirant
