ZIRO, 30 Apr: In a celebration of two decades of resilience and service, the New Life Foundation marked the 20th foundation day of Mount Aghae Inclusive School at the school’s campus in Salang here in Lower Subansiri district on Wednesday.
The milestone was anchored by the inauguration of a new multipurpose hall by Deputy Commissioner Oli Perme, and a specialised physiotherapy room by ZPC Hibu Dumer – facilities that together represent a major leap forward in providing holistic rehabilitation to differently-abled children in Lower Subansiri.
From the school song performed by the staff to the cultural presentations by the students, the event captured the spirit of an institution that has remained steadfast since 2005.
Guided by the motto, ‘Not to be ministered unto, but to minister’, the school continues to thrive as a community-supported sanctuary, transforming charitable contributions into tangible hope and self-reliance for children with intellectual and physical disabilities. (DIPRO)
