PANGIN, Jun 19: Siang Deputy Commissioner Rahul Singh convened a meeting here with the teachers of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (KGBV) Boleng on Tuesday to review the reasons for the poor performance of the school in the recently concluded board examinations.
Besides seeking explanation from the head teacher and the other teachers of the KGBV for the extremely poor results, the DC directed the teachers to work together to ensure that the school delivers the best possible results, and asked them to help each other in filling out any gap that may occur due to shortage of subject teachers.
Urging them to put the extra effort that may be required to provide better education to the students, he directed them to identify weak students through internal tests every two weeks and conduct extra classes for such students.
