ANINI, Mar 12: The public of Dibang Valley district apprised Governor BD Mishra of the various problems being faced by them, when he arrived here on Monday.
In a memorandum, the public of Anini sought the governor’s intervention in improving pitiable road conditions.
He was also apprised of the need of a petrol pump in the district.
Mishra assured to look into the grievances.
While interacting with the departmental heads, public and armed forces personnel at the deputy commissioner’s office, the governor asked the officers and officials to be proactive at work. He emphasized on effective implementation of state and central sponsored schemes and programmes.
The governor also visited the district hospital.
Earlier on his arrival at Dambuen circle, Mishra interacted with the armed forces personnel.
