ITANAGAR, Apr 23: State BJP president Tapir Gao has directed the party’s district and mandal unit presidents to submit the reports of the party’s district disciplinary action committees (DDAC) by 30 April.
“There have been reports of indulgence of anti-party activities by party leaders and workers during the election campaign and simultaneous election process in the state,” Gao said, adding that all district and mandal BJP units have been directed to submit their reports to the party headquarters, “with substantial evidence,” for further action.
He also said those who had deserted the BJP have already been expelled “as per the party’s constitution.”
