CBSE results a collective failure: AAPSU

ITANAGAR, May 16: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) on Thursday said the dismal CBSE results in the state was a “collective failure” and self-defeating for the younger generation in the long run.
While the union said more needs to be done to improve the education scenario, it put the greater blame on the students. It said the poor results by the schools in the capital complex and the district headquarters reflected negligence on the part of students and parents.
The union advocated adopting a smarter education policy by the government, in terms of infrastructure, technology and manpower.
It also called for introspection on the results, and urged the students to exploit the opportunities to the maximum instead of blaming the lacunae.
