E/Kameng DUDA to identify new dumping site

SEPPA, Sep 20: In order to resolve the prolonged standoff between the East Kameng district administration and the residents of Pampoli over the dumping of waste on the District Urban Development Agency’s (DUDA) dumping yard located in Pampoli, another round of negotiation was held at the DC office here on Wednesday.
During the meeting, which was chaired by DC (in-charge) Dahey Sangno, it was resolved that the DUDA would identify a suitable location for use as a permanent dumping yard, latest by 31 March, 2020.
