ITANAGAR, Sep 20: The Tagin Welfare Society (TWS) has sought proper investigation into the Kali Bulo murder case and early arrest of the culprit(s) involved.
Bulo, who was serving as an assistant teacher at the government higher secondary school in Mechuka, in Shi-Yomi district, was found dead in his government quarters on 5 August, 2015.
In a memorandum to the home minister, the TWS on Tuesday said that despite a case having been registered at the Mechuka police station and the ongoing SIT investigation, no arrest has been made so far.
It further demanded that the miscreants who had been arrested for vandalizing Bulo’s memorial, vide PS Case 10/2015 u/s 457/448/427 IPC, on 15 August, be rearrested and the case properly investigated to ensure early justice for the victim’s family.
