JANGDA, Dec 30: The Tawang district administration and other government departments provided services to the people during a Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp organised at Jangda village on Monday.
ADC (HQ) Lobsang Tsering, who inaugurated the camp, urged the villagers to pay special attention to the education of their children, and to health and hygiene.
Tsering, along with Jang ADC Lobsang Wangchu Bapu and Tawang EAC Dochora Lama, felicitated the toppers of the government upper primary school here, and distributed vegetable seeds for the villagers through the gaon burah.
Tsering later inspected the schools in Jangda and nearby Rho village.
Earlier, Lhou CO Thupten Wangchu and public leader Topgey highlighted some of the major problems being faced by the villagers. (DIPRO)
