The arrangements are being monitored by DC Kanto Danggen and SP Taru Gusar.
The public and students’ organizations are also assisting the administration.
The villagers of the Sippi, around 12 km from Daporijo, have erected a traditional barricade on the main road to prevent unnecessary movement and entry of people from outside during the lockdown period. However, people in emergencies and vehicles of essential services providers will be allowed.
