ITANAGAR, 24 Mar: The State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (SIRDPR) on Wednesday commenced a four-day state-level ToT on eGramSwaraj, Mission Antyodaya and public financial management system (PFMS) under the People’s Plan Campaign, 2021 for the district level master trainers atthe civil secretariat here.
Around 60 trainers from almost all the districts are attending the ToT sponsored by the Panchayati Raj ministry.
The training will be conducted in participatory mode and certificates will be issued to the master trainers on the basis of their ability and performance in the practical session, said SIRDPR Director Habung Lampung. He urged all the trainees to impart training at the grassroots level within the targeted timeline.
Earlier, Assistant Director (e-Gov)-cum-course coordinator, SIRD&PR Rodo Bui, briefed the participants about the importance of the training and its module, while PFMS Assistant Accounts Officer Rajesh Kumar Bhaktesh briefed on the importance of PFMS and its integration with the eGramSwaraj portal as mandated by the government.
