Former Pasighat West MLA Tatung Jamoh on Monday released the theme song for the Ali-Aye-Ligang celebration in Oyan village in East Siang district. Divisional Forest Officer (T) Boken Pao is the producer and director of the song, while renowned artist Delong Padung is the lyricist. – Prafulla Kaman
