78 students who are class toppers of their respective classes from class-VI to VIII with 11-escorts are currently visiting Namsai, Changlang, Lohit, Tirap under Vocational Education Program preparing the young students to opt for vocational subjects at the next level of studies.  Samagra Shiksha/ISSE deputy SPD Neelam Tan flagged off the trip.
