ITANAGAR, 18 Aug: The Animal Husbandry, Veterinary and Dairy Development Department is organizing a rabies awareness and free mass anti-rabies vaccination programme for stray dogs/animals, covering the areas from Jollang to Chimpu, on 19 August, starting from 5 am.
The department urged pet owners, the public, and panchayat members to support and take advantage of the opportunity.
